Turnaround Time

Standard: 3-4 working days
Express: 1-2 working days

Turnaround times are from supply of correct, print-ready artwork, or if we are doing the design, approval of proofs. Working days are Monday – Friday and exclude bank holidays.

Do they require assembly?

No. The cards come with the strut affixed to the back. It just needs folding out and they are ready to use.

Are these printed on thick cardboard?

Our strut cards are printed on 400gsm silk. This is a fairly thick card that we also use for our thicker business cards. It gives a good balance between thickness and cost. If you want something thicker, we also offer these on 3mm foamex.

Why choose to add lamination?

If ordering on 400gsm silk, we would recommend the extra layer of protection to help your strut cards last longer. While the silk card we use is quite hardwearing as it is, the laminate will extend the cards lifespan and help defend them against spills and stains. Foamex is fully waterproof so does not need lamination.

Supplying Your Own Design

Please supply your design as a PDF file, with 3mm bleed. Trim marks are optional.

Please allow a minimum 3mm safe-zone inside the trim line, which should contain no text or other critical elements.

Please ensure all fonts are embedded or text is converted to outlines/curves.
