We offer a range of sizes, from A0 to A4, or go as big as you’d like with a custom size. With high quality, full colour print, there is no limit to what you can have on your magnets. Waterproof and strong, they are suitable for a wide range of uses.

We have 3 options for the material:

  • 300mic PVC-Free Magnetic Panel – Hold Force: 23g/cm2
  • 500mic PVC-Free Magnetic Panel – Hold Force: 55g/cm2
  • 850mic Magnetic Panel – Hold Force: 55g/cm2

We recommend the 850mic material for vehicle usage, as it is more hard wearing and can be laminated for extra protection. The 500mic material has the same hold force, but is more susceptible to scuffs and scrapes, and is more recommended for indoor or shorter term use. The 300mic material is not suitable for vehicles as the hold force is too low.

Turnaround Time

Standard: 3-4 working days
Express: 2 working days
Next Day: 2 working day

Add 1 working day if the signs are being laminated or cut to shape.

Turnaround times are from supply of correct, print-ready artwork, or if we are doing the design, approval of proofs. Working days are Monday – Friday and exclude bank holidays.

Are these appropriate for outdoor use?

Absolutely! The material we use is waterproof and the panels are great to use outdoor.

Are these suitable for use on vehicles?

The 500mic and 850mic materials are suitable for use on vehicles at speeds of up to 75mph. The 300mic is not suitable for use on vehicles as it’s hold strength is not sufficient.

How do I attach a magnetic sign?

When in close range, the magnet sign will simply bind to the metal surface. For a strong hold, clean the surface to make sure it’s free from dirt, dust, and any other debris.

How should I look after a vehicle sign?

To prevent damage to the paintwork, we recommend removing the magnetic sign periodically and cleaning both the sign and the vehicle. This will ensure that the magnetic bond remains strong and that the sign remains in good condition.

Supplying Your Own Design

Please supply your design as a PDF file, with 3mm bleed. Trim marks are optional.

Please allow a minimum 3mm safe-zone inside the trim line, which should contain no text or other critical elements.

Please ensure all fonts are embedded or text is converted to outlines/curves..
