Turnaround Time
Standard: 5 working days
Turnaround times are from supply of correct, print-ready artwork, or if we are doing the design, approval of proofs. Working days are Monday – Friday and exclude bank holidays.
Supplying Your Own Design
Please supply your design as a PDF file. No bleed is required for envelopes, even if you are having your envelopes printed to the edge. If you are not having them printed to the edge, please leave a 5mm margin. Note that full bleed printing is not available on C4 envelopes.
Finished Size
C4: 229mm x 324mm
C5: 162mm x 229mm
DL: 220mm x 110mm
Flaps are on the long edge.
The prices are based on a maximum 30% ink coverage. If you need higher coverage (up to 60%) please contact us.
Please allow a minimum 5mm safe-zone inside the trim line, which should contain no text or other critical elements.
Please ensure all fonts are embedded or text is converted to outlines/curves.
