Turnaround Time
Please choose your turnaround time from the options available. Note that delivery would be 1 day later, or you can collect.
For same day printing, you must order and supply your files before 11am.
Turnaround times are from supply of correct, print-ready artwork, or if we are doing the design, approval of proofs. Working days are Monday – Friday and exclude bank holidays.
What is the best format to send my files in?
We strongly recommend saving and sending the files you’d like to print in PDF format, as this ensures that the document is printed exactly the way it appears. Printing from a Word document and other formats is possible, but due to their unpredictability during printing it takes a little longer for us to get it right.
Supplying Your Own Design
Please supply your design as a PDF file, with 3mm bleed. Trim marks are optional.

A4: 210mm x 297mm
A3: 297mm x 420mm
Size with Bleed
A4: 216mm x 303mm
A3: 303mm x 426mm
Please allow a minimum 3mm safe-zone inside the trim line, which should contain no text or other critical elements.
Please ensure all fonts are embedded or text is converted to outlines/curves..
